Job Summary

  • A District Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborating with Retail Operations Manager to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.

Job Scope

  • Overseeing management of average 20+ stores.
  • Act as a liaison between the headquarters and the area's branches by making regular visits and interacting with management.
  • Ensure that all business operations are done in accordance with company standards.
  • Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
  • Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
  • Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Ensure that each store delivers value and excellence to the clients.
  • Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.

Requirement

  • Preferably District Manager or Operation Executives specializing in Sales - Retail, General in Fashion Industry, Footwear, Chain Store Retailer and Franchising.
  • Electronics and home applications company and or F&B (service line) are also welcome to apply.

Salary:
Up to RM6,000 (Negotiable depends on experience)

Others:

  • Travelling allowance: Up to RM1,200 (Depending on location)
  • Incentive: Entitled based on campaign
  • Bonus: Subject to performance
