Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven District Manager to oversee multiple retail stores within the region. This role works closely with the Retail Operations Manager (ROM) to achieve sales targets, ensure consistent brand standards, and drive overall business performance across all assigned outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison between HQ and regional stores through regular visits and communication.
  • Ensure all store operations follow company SOPs and brand standards.
  • Set, monitor, and analyse KPIs such as Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate.
  • Ensure consistent execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across all outlets.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive operational excellence and ensure a seamless customer experience across all stores.
  • Implement innovative strategies to maintain competitiveness and boost store performance.

Salary & Benefits

  • Travelling Allowance: MYR 720 – MYR 1,200 (location-based)
  • Mobile Allowance: MYR 130
  • Incentives: Campaign performance-based

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9am – 6pm
