About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM'. This full-time role is based in Johor Bahru Johor and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients and employees in a friendly and courteous manner
  2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
  3. Managing and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
  4. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  5. Providing general administrative support as needed
  6. Assisting with other duties as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  5. A positive, friendly and professional attitude
  6. The ability to work well in a team environment
