Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk & Visitor Management
· Greet and receive visitors, customers, suppliers, and auditors in a professional and courteous manner
· Manage visitor registration, issue visitor passes, and inform relevant staff of arrivals
· Ensure visitors comply with company safety and security requirements.
2. Call & Communication Handling
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally
· Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
3. Administrative Support
· Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of the reception area
· Assist in meeting room bookings and preparation
· Support HR and Admin in daily administrative tasks (filing, document preparation, photocopying, scanning).
· Assist in company events, audits, and official visits when required.
4. Office Coordination
· Liaise with internal departments for visitor coordination and admin matters.
· Monitor office supplies for front desk and meeting rooms; request replenishment when needed.
· Coordinate with vendors for reception-related services if required.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration, Business Studies, or related field.
· At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or admin assistant (fresh graduates may be considered).
· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
· Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer oriented.
· Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email).
· Able to multitask and handle work professionally under pressure.
