About the Job:

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing company that creates stylish, durable, and modern home solutions designed for everyday living. In this role, you'll be the voice of the brand, supporting our U.S.-based customers across multiple channels, including Email, Live Chat & Phone Calls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver seamless customer experiences across Email, Live Chat, and Phone Calls.
  • Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally, always reflecting our brand's tone and values.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring smooth resolutions and high satisfaction.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, QA, response time, and resolution time.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights to help us continuously improve.

This position primarily supports customers based in the United States.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a call center or BPO environment will be an advantage.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people, showing empathy, and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and a reliable team player.
  • Well-organized, patient, and takes ownership of every customer interaction.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms is a plus.

Additional Details

  • Location: Infinity8 Reserve Mid Valley Southkey, Level 28, Johor Bahru
  • Work Schedule: 5-day work week (including weekends and public holidays) & Rotational Shifts basis
  • Salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
