Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Accounting, taxation and audit knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Independent, positive attitude with strong presentation and communication skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in handling day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliation.
  • Support the preparation of full set of accounts and management reports under supervision.
  • Assist in preparing tax computations and submissions for companies and individuals.
  • Help in preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation of accounting transactions.
  • Assist in preparing simple financial analysis, cash flow reports, and budgets when required.
  • Work closely with the accounting and secretarial team to support clients' business and compliance needs.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Participate in process improvement and learn to use digital accounting tools and software.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
