Key Responsibilities

· Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.

· Manage office supplies, coordinate courier or shipment arrangements and maintain inventory records.

· Ensure all documents and files are properly maintained and up to date

· Coordinate with the Packing Department to verify stock accuracy, arrange for stock packing and delivery

· Generate detailed packing lists, specifying items to be packed and shipped to meet order requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

· Minimum SPM or related field.

· Can communicate in English and Malay, preferably also Mandarin

· Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge

·       Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, experience in admin or office support is an advantage.

·       Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

·       Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
