Our client is seeking a Account Executive/Senior Bookkeeper (Accounting) to join their team
What you'll be doing?
  • Accountable for accounts: Prepare partial/full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and meeting client needs.
  • Submit tax returns: Handle SST/GST returns with the authorities, ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare financial statements: Assist in creating management accounts and unaudited financial statements on time.
  • Review workflow: Analyze current processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team.
Who are they looking for?
  • Accounting degree: A Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year working experience in accounting (AR&AP); candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting standards, policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Software skills: Familiarity with professional accounting software like Xero and QuickBooks.
  • Work style: Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
