About the role

As the Country Development Lead at COMPUTILITY TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.', you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of the company's operations in Malaysia. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru, Johor and will play a crucial role in achieving the company's ambitious expansion plans in the region.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive country-specific business strategies to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities
  2. Overseeing the execution of all operations, including team management, resource allocation, and project delivery
  3. Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies
  4. Continuously analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation
  5. Providing strategic direction and leadership to the local team, ensuring they are empowered to deliver exceptional results
  6. Collaborating with the global leadership team to align the Malaysian operations with the company's overall vision and objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably in the information and communication technology industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and expansion in new markets
  3. Strong strategic planning and execution abilities, with the capacity to translate vision into actionable plans
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Demonstrated expertise in team management, including the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams
  6. Thorough understanding of the Malaysian business landscape and regulatory environment
  7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
