  1. Lead and supervise the QAQC team in daily inspection, testing, and documentation activities.
  2. Provide training and technical guidance to QAQC team members to ensure consistent quality practices.
  3. Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and procedures according to the standards.
  4. Verify all raw materials (cement, aggregates, prestressing wires and admixtures) meet specification before use.
  5. Monitor and verify production process are following the QAQC SOP.
  6. Record, analyze and maintain QC test reports and non-conformance reports (NCR).
  7. Identify root causes of defects (e.g., honeycombs, cracks, insufficient strength) and propose corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  8. Conduct routine testing of materials and products.
  9. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly QAQC reports for management review.
  10. Lead and conduct FAT upon request by the customer.
  11. Maintain all QAQC documentations.
  12. Liaise with production and maintenance department to ensure quality targets are met.
  13. Communicate quality issues and improvements effectively to supervisors and management.
  14. Analyze quality trends and rejection rates to identify areas for process improvement.
  15. Participate in management review meetings and support audit documentation requirements.
