Role & Responsibilities :
- Candidate will assist the projects Resident Engineer / Assistant Resident Engineer.
- Candidate must have experience in overall project management, site supervision and coordinates with Client/Local Authorities. Experience in supervising office buildings will be an added advantage.
- Carry out standing supervision for critical site activities.
- To attend all inspection and testing carried out by contractor and document all the reports and results.
- Report non-conformance of workmanship.
Qualification & Requirement :
- Candidate must possess Diploma in architecture.
- Registered with BEM as Inspector of Works.
- Minimum 10 years site experience in supervision of related field for this position.
- Familiar with Autocad, Microsoft office etc.
