工作职责(Job Responsibilities)

一、销售相关(Sales)

  1. 负责 B2C 及 B2B 客户开发,推广 Aider 的司机服务(代驾、小时司机、企业司机配套等)。

  2. 主动寻找潜在客户(个人用户、企业客户、商家合作伙伴),并完成销售目标。

  3. 向客户清晰介绍服务内容、价格结构及合作方案,促成成交。

  4. 跟进客户使用情况,维护良好客户关系,提高复购率。

  5. 协助制定销售策略、配套方案及促销机制。

  6. 整理与提交销售报告、客户反馈及市场信息给管理层。

二、市场相关(Marketing)

  1. 协助规划与执行线上及线下市场推广活动(社交媒体、地推、活动合作、商家联名等)。

  2. 配合市场团队进行品牌曝光、用户增长及促销活动执行。

  3. 与设计、客服及运营团队协调,确保市场信息传达一致。

  4. 协助管理市场物料(海报、传单、优惠券、活动布置等)。

  5. 监测市场反应及活动成效,提出优化建议。

任职要求(Job Requirements)

  1. 至少 3 年以上 销售或市场相关工作经验(具服务业、平台型公司经验者优先)。

  2. 具备良好的 沟通能力、谈判能力与执行力。

  3. 能独立完成客户开发及销售流程,抗压性强。

  4. 熟悉线上线下推广方式,了解基本市场运作逻辑。

  5. 具备良好的时间管理与自我驱动能力。

  6. 能以 中文为主要沟通语言,具备基本英语或马来语沟通能力者优先。

  7. 有交通、出行、服务平台或企业客户经验者优先考虑。
