JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Driving & Travel Duties

  2. Drive tourism van for guest transfers

  3. Transfer guests from MMCV to Inanam Town
  4. Transport staff/crew from Inanam Town to MMCV Base (Staff Transfer)
  5. Drive Dmax Single Cab for daily rubbish disposal and related support task
  6. Perform basic daily vehicle checks such as engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, lights and fuel
  7. Maintain daily logbook including mileage routes and movements reports & photo reports
  8. Make sure vehicle are kept clean, tidy and presentable all the time

  9. Assist with additional transport duties required by the ops team

  10. Preparation & Logistics

  11. Plan routes in advance based on tour schedules.

  12. Manage travel time to ensure timely arrival at destinations.

  13. Vehicle Maintenance

  14. Perform daily vehicle checks (engine oil, brakes, tires, coolant, etc.).

  15. Report any vehicle issues or damage to the maintenance department immediately.

  16. Send the vehicle for scheduled maintenance and record all activities in the vehicle logbook.

  17. Customer Service

  18. Offer courteous and friendly service to tourists and assist when necessary.

  19. Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey.

  20. Reporting & Documentation

  21. Submit daily or monthly travel reports (including mileage, fuel usage, destinations).

  22. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, toll receipts, fuel receipts, and expenses.
  23. Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection forms.

Ad Hoc & Vehicles management:

a. Daily reporting for vehicles on fuel logs, and service maintenance.

b. DO NOT drive over the speed limit.

c. To report if you are getting summons from the police, JPJ, or any. Any summons cost incurred of any company vehicle will be borne by the assigned driver.

d. To drive the company's vehicle with responsibility all the
