Job Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible to manage the maintenance, scheduling, management, and coordination of all vehicles - tour buses, trucks, construction site machineries and transportation assets under your charge. This includes managing budgets, organising schedules & routes, maintenance ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal/authorities/licensing requirements.
  • Responsible to ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and monitoring user trends.  Manage bus, truck and van drivers.
  • Ensures that all drivers and operators are in full compliance to Company standards.
  • Ensure fleet vehicle registration, insurance and documentation for all assests under your charge.
  • Oversee scheduled preventive and ad hoc maintenance for all assets under your charge.
  • Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain vehicles by advocating best practices in industry.
  • Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in logistic or fleet management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of exposure in fleet management, logistic or related field.
  • ISO and IT literate.
