Logistics Operation Support (Warehouse)

  • Monitor daily container volumes and arrange loading/unloading staff and delivery resources in advance
  • Track container arrivals and coordinate delivery appointments with customers
  • Liaise with transport teams and in-house fleet to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Identify and handle exceptions such as warehouse overflow, missed containers, order changes, and urgent shipment

Key Account (Sales)

  • Drive sales growth across all key accounts over time
  • Handle and resolve major client complaints effectively
  • Manage and monitor key account performance for Best Express Malaysia

Network Management (HQ)

  • Support dual-network integration work, ensure system consistency, identify abnormalities and propose corrections, and maintain data synchronization with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update national network platform configurations and routing logic, monitor platform performance, and handle map-related issues.
  • Prepare and verify reports, conduct data analysis, and identify issues and optimization opportunities.
  • Update routing maps and coverage areas, and coordinate with IT and operations for system adjustments.
  • Monitor misrouting issues, identify root causes, and coordinate stations/hubs to resolve and improve them promptly.
  • Manage system access applications and work with IT to resolve permission-related issues.
  • Collaborate with operations, IT, and planning teams, and support system upgrades and platform optimization.

Customer Service (Key Account)

  • Resolve customer inquiries via hotline, email, and instant messaging tools
  • Respond to complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Submit complaints through internal systems and follow up with solutions
  • Handle customer inquiries on social media platforms
  • Provide VIP services and maintain relationships with key client

Human Resource Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Foster employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and support workplace culture initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decisions.
