Academic Qualification - Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Field or any related certification.

  1. Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Support end-users in resolving IT-related problems promptly.
  3. Assist in updating and maintaining system documentation and configuration records.
  4. Support in performing system testing, patching, and basic application setup.
  5. Assist in the installation and documentation.
  6. Support coordination with vendors or contractors during infrastructure setup.
  7. Assist in installation, testing, and basic maintenance IT equipment.
  8. Support inventory tracking and equipment labelling.
  9. Prepare IT reports, checklists, and support tickets as required.
  10. Maintain asset inventory and update tracking databases.
  11. Assist in ensuring IT operations comply with company policies and data protection standards.
  12. Support in maintaining system backup records and access control lists.
  13. Participate in IT projects, system enhancements, and internal learning sessions.
  14. Develop understanding of network systems, applications, and IT governance frameworks

Experience/Exposure

  1. Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in IT
  2. Knowledge in system administration, cabling,  and networking fundamentals
