Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell workshop services such as vehicle maintenance, repair, and parts replacement.
- Identify and approach potential corporate and individual customers to generate new business.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat service.
- Prepare and follow up on service quotations and job orders.
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities for the workshop.
- Maintain updated knowledge of automotive products, parts, and service packages.
- Achieve monthly sales and service revenue targets.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Automotive, Business, or Marketing.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales, workshop operations, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and maintenance services is an added advantage.
- Results-driven and able to work independently.
- Possess valid driving license and own transport.

Additional Advantage:

- Experience in B2B sales (corporate fleets or insurance claims).
- Familiar with workshop management systems or invoicing software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
