Preschool Admissions and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via email, social media platforms and in-person visits.
  • Respond promptly to emails and social media platforms with detailed information about programs, fees, and school philosophy.
  • Conduct engaging and personalized school tours, highlighting facilities and unique offerings.
  • Maintain and update the admissions database to track leads and follow-ups.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance online presence and community engagement.
  • Create and manage targeted social media advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in planning open houses, events, and other promotional activities.
  • Create engaging content including capturing and editing photos/videos for social media.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, admissions, or marketing; experience in education is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect warmly with parents and children.
  • Excellent English proficiency; knowledge of Mandarin is a strong bonus.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and advertising tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about early childhood education.
