Supervisor at a Longevity Center

The Supervisor is a frontline leadership role responsible for the smooth daily operations of the center and the direct management of clinical and client-facing staff. You serve as the "boots on the ground" leader who ensures service excellence and operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Ensure the center runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and client service flow.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, and service issues.

2. Frontline Team Supervision

  • Lead and supervise front desk, wellness coordinators, therapists, and support staff.
  • Prepare staff schedules and conduct daily briefings.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.

3. Service & Clinical Support

  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, prepared, and well-stocked.
  • Support practitioners by coordinating client flow and service readiness.
  • Maintain adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.

4. Administrative & Inventory Duties

  • Monitor consumable stock and place replenishment orders.
  • Assist in payment processing and daily cash-out reporting.
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational updates for the Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
