Job Description:

The Business Strategy Supervisor plays a vital role in driving the growth and visibility of Aura Regenerative Wellness Clinic.

This role focuses on marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development, working closely with the Operations Supervisor and Clinic Directors to ensure Aura achieves its brand, client, and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and driven someone who understands both the business side of wellness and the art of building meaningful brand relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing & Brand Development


• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, influencer, and offline channels.


• Manage social media content direction, advertising budgets, and promotional materials.


• Track campaign performance including engagement, enquiries, conversions, and ROI.


• Work with designers and content creators to maintain Aura's premium and cohesive brand image.


• Support in organizing marketing events, workshops, and wellness talks.

  1. Strategic Partnerships


• Identify and develop partnerships with relevant brands, wellness professionals, and influencers.


• Manage collaboration campaigns and co-branded initiatives to increase visibility and client reach.


• Build relationships with suppliers, corporate wellness clients, and product vendors.


• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of partnerships and present results to management.

  1. Business Development


• Research market trends and identify new service, product, or growth opportunities.


• Support the directors in launching new programs, products, or treatments.


• Work with the Operations Supervisor to align marketing and business strategies with daily execution.


• Prepare business performance reports and presentations for management meetings.


• Assist in developing proposals, packages, and pricing strategies to attract new clients.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.


• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, business development, or partnerships (preferably in aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare).


• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, CRM systems).


• Creative thinker with strong analytical and communication skills.


• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.


• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
