About the role

Join the finance team at Lelong Shop' as an Accounting Assistant in our Seri Kembangan, Selangor office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing key accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assist in payroll processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other financial statements
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
