  • Handle general administrative and clerical duties
  • Perform accurate data entry into the VSS system
  • Key in after sales data, including service and sales records
  • Prepare and key in invoices, credit notes, and related documents into the VSS system
  • Update and maintain customer, vehicle, and transaction records in VSS
  • Verify data and invoice details in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Organise, file, and maintain proper documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Assist after sales, accounts, or admin team with data entry and related administrative tasks
  • Answer basic phone calls, emails, and internal enquiries
  • Manage office documents, reports, and forms when required
  • Ensure data confidentiality and proper record-keeping
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
