Admin Executive

- Handle general administrative and clerical duties
- Perform accurate data entry into the VSS system
- Key in after sales data, including service and sales records
- Prepare and key in invoices, credit notes, and related documents into the VSS system
- Update and maintain customer, vehicle, and transaction records in VSS
- Verify data and invoice details in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organise, file, and maintain proper documentation (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Assist after sales, accounts, or admin team with data entry and related administrative tasks
- Answer basic phone calls, emails, and internal enquiries
- Manage office documents, reports, and forms when required
- Ensure data confidentiality and proper record-keeping
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
