Job Title: Account cum Admin Executive
Location: Pavilion Damansara Heights, KL (Close to MRT)
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Account cum Admin Executive to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded individual with strong accounting capabilities and excellent administrative coordination skills. You will be responsible for managing daily financial tasks, supporting office administration, and ensuring smooth operational processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Manage full set of accounts including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
Process and track payments, staff claims, and reimbursements.
Prepare transaction reports and maintain proper financial records.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Monitor company expenses and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
Assist in audits, tax submissions, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
Administration & Office Support:
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth operations.
Manage office pantry supplies, stationery inventory, and procurement of office materials.
Coordinate office events, team functions, meetings, and internal staff activities.
Support onboarding and offboarding of staff including preparation of documentation and equipment.
Assist with maintaining vendor and service provider relationships (e.g., office maintenance, courier, utilities).
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the office environment.
Support HR and operational tasks as required by management.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with senior management to provide timely financial insights and analysis for decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align accounting with business planning.
Provide administrative support to cross-departmental projects and company initiatives.
Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, Xero).
High level of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
