Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
- Handle daily administrative tasks including document filing, data entry, and record management.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as key-in receipts, and payments.
- Prepare payment vouchers and process online bank transfers.
- Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in basic financial reporting.
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Managing day to day transactions
- Support daily office operations and general admin matters.
- Administration works.
- Follow instructions and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.
- Any other duties as maybe assigned from time to time by the superior.
- Able to standby during public holidays if required for urgent payment or operational matters.
Requirements
- Diploma / Certificate in Administration, Accounting, Finance or Related Field
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting and Administrative Roles.
- Prefer candidates to be fluent in Malay and English.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative work.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Good time management in order to complete tasks assigned
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
