Job Description

JGE Empire Group Sdn Bhd is hiring a Field Salesman to support our heavy vehicle tyre service operations (lorry & bus).

This role is suitable for individuals who are active, disciplined, and comfortable working on the road, building customer relationships and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers through field sales activities
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients
  • Visit assigned areas and customer sites around Klang and surrounding areas
  • Promote company services and products effectively
  • Achieve agreed monthly sales targets (KPI)
  • Prepare simple sales reports when required

Performance & KPI

  • Clear sales targets (KPI) will be communicated
  • Performance will be reviewed fairly and transparently
  • Sales targets will be introduced gradually, with guidance and support provided during the initial period

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Possess a valid driving licence and own transport
  • Willing to work on the road (field-based role)
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and punctual
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • (Experience in automotive or lorry industry is a plus)

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary: RM2,500 per month
  • Sales commission based on performance
  • Salary paid on time

  • Training and operational support provided

Work Environment

This is a field-based (on-the-road) position, not an office-based role.

The role covers Klang and surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
