  • Support BP Planners with knowledge transfer for the Loss Ratio Project.
  • Conduct training sessions, organize sharing and operational meetings, and facilitate a strong understanding of business dynamics among Dealer Owners.
  • Drive innovation and develop new business ideas to improve capture ratios and expand opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and align business plans with department goals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with dealerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the automotive aftersales industry, with a focus on Body and Paint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
