Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of CP204 and CP204A to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
  • Prepare and support monthly and annual tax computations, including deferred tax calculations.
  • Prepare and submit bi-monthly SST returns to RMCD and ensure full compliance with SST requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of final tax computations and submission of Form C to the IRB.
  • Liaise with external tax consultants and assist in addressing tax-related queries and correspondence.
  • Support the implementation and compliance of e-Invoicing systems in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in resolving tax audit queries and issues raised by tax authorities.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of transfer pricing documentation.
  • Handle tax refunds and manage credit set-offs from the IRB.
  • Manage administrative matters related to taxation, including applications, letters, and follow-ups with relevant authorities (IRB, RMCD, etc.).
  • Perform any other related ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of tax/accounting/finance experience.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and SST requirements is an advantage.
  • Experience in submission of e-C form, CP204, CP204A, SST-02 will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other accounting software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Liaise with external tax agents, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Open to continuous learning in line with evolving tax regulations
