Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Elmina Shah Alam, where the Personnel Assistant will perform tasks from both the office and home as needed. Responsibilities include managing benefits administration, supporting hiring processes, providing assistance to executives, facilitating communication, and promoting teamwork within the organization. The Personnel Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Administration and Personal Assistant
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate effectively
  • Strong Personal Assistance capabilities and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster Cooperation within teams
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in office and scheduling software is advantageous
  • Prior experience in human resources or administrative support is beneficial
