About the role

Join the dynamic team at JY SPRING DRINK SDN BHD' as a Outlet Supervisor . In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of one of our retail stores located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key supervisory role within our growing Retail & Consumer Products business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and supporting a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  2. Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing to customers
  3. Monitoring and managing inventory levels, processing orders and liaising with the supply chain team
  4. Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  5. Implementing store policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency
  6. Analysing sales data and providing insights to improve store performance
  7. Assisting with recruitment, training and development of the store team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail supervisory or management role
  2. Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence
  5. Familiar with retail best practices, including inventory management and customer service
  6. Passion for the Retail & Consumer Products industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  7. Location Klang Valley, Johor
