  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for frozen product
  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately
  • Handle invoices and payment related to orders
  • Organize and archive necessary documentation, like purchase orders, sales record and supplies invoices
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues related to product availability, pricing and order status.
  • Update inventory records and reorder stock when necessary
  • Handle office supplies, maintain office equipment and manage general office tasks
  • Greeting customers and helping them with their orders, assembly of orders, operating a cash register, and other from superiors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
