About the role

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Cruise Vacancy Agents. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring a seamless cruise booking experience. The role is based in our Kuala Lumpur office, and there are no overnight shifts required.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling call, email and chat from customers and providing information about cruise options, pricing, and availability
  • Assisting customers with the booking process, including making reservations, managing payments, and addressing any queries or concerns
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cruise offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide the best possible service

What we're looking for

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a travel-related environment
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak additional languages being an advantage
  • A genuine interest in the travel industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
