Job Description:

As an F&B Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for future leadership roles within the food and beverage industry. You will be involved in all areas of outlet operations—from customer service to team coordination—while gaining practical experience in running a successful F&B business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outlet/Branch Manager with daily store operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Support staff scheduling, hygiene checks, inventory monitoring, and customer service standards.
  • Handle customer enquiries, tenant coordination, and operational feedback professionally.
  • Conduct basic cash handling tasks and assist in audits according to company policies.
  • Monitor store presentation, staff grooming, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Coordinate delivery orders and assist with digital platform operations.
  • Work with external vendors and contractors when required.
  • Participate in process improvements and suggest operational enhancements.
