·       Prepare Monthly SHE reports and update training metrics.

·       Prepare SHE bulletin / SHE newsletter every two month once.

·       Update daily toolbox and summary toolbox talk every month.

·       Prepare bulletin every month and Joint site safety audit inspection

·       Update First Aid checklist every month.

·       Prepare man-hour report, Manpower report and photocopy audit inspection to client.

·       Assist SHO to prepare quarterly SHE performance record.

·       Assist SHE department to conduct safety and health induction program.

·       Assist any training, activity and, program held by SHE Department.

·       Submit monthly BS, SHBR, PPE Checklist, Vehicle Checklist and KPI on required time.

·       Comply to all Company Policies (QMS, EMS, OSH, ABMS and other policies) SOPs, departmental procedures, goals, objectives & KPI.

Requirement

·       Certificate in safety supervisor course (yellow book) would be an added advantage.

· years' experience in related industry especially in Oil & Gas.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Ms Word, Ms Power point, Ms Excel).

·       Good communication, interpersonal, and high level of integrity.

·       Knowledgeable in OSHA 1994 and possess relevant certificates in Occupational Safety & Health from NIOSH or equivalent.
