Job Description

  • Ensure all trade transactions are accurately entered into the system in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate shipment planning with the Marketing Office in Paris and monitor supply chain fulfilment, including contract execution, shipping documentation, and payment-related document presentation.
  • Manage and coordinate post-fixture matters with third parties, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Handle insurance declarations and process FOG claims when applicable.
  • Coordinate payment processing and documentation with the Finance Team.
  • Ensure full compliance with company processes, procedures, and Quality System standards.
  • Maintain proper organization and filing of trade contracts and supporting documents.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Commerce / Business  or an equivalent field from a recognized university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal work experience in contract management, logistics/supply chain, or shipping documentation are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge on SAP is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive thinking, reliable, enthusiastic and team player.
  • Possess knowledge of PORAM rules and regulations and Incoterms, FOSFA, UCP 600 and Collection URC 522 and ISBP is added advantage.
