Job Title: Executive, Digitalization Project Management Services

Job Purpose

  • Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery that align with strategic business goals.
  • Manage digitalization initiatives from ideation to deployment.
  • Oversee technology adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business value realization.
  • Ensure governance, documentation, and KPI tracking for all digital projects.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of digitalization projects such as websites, mobile apps, automation tools, and enterprise platforms.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain digital transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with IT, business units, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support.
  • Scope & Budget Management: Define project scope, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery within approved constraints.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage organizational change throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, milestones, and project performance to ensure business value and quality outcomes.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.

Experience

  • Minimum 5–9 years of experience in the IT industry with exposure to digitalization project management.
  • Proven track record in managing digital transformation initiatives or IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies such as cloud, automation, AI, ERP systems, etc.
  • Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum are an added advantage.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technology, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM9,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • IT industry: 3 years (Required)
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies: 3 years (Preferred)
  • managing digital transformation or IT projects: 3 years (Preferred)
  • digitalization project management.: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana): 3 years (Preferred)
