About The Role
As an E-Commerce Performance Marketing Manager , you will lead a team of associates and senior associates to deliver sales growth and marketing performance for multiple client portfolios. You will act as the primary contact for clients, oversee marketplace strategies, and ensure campaign execution and optimization align with business goals.

This role requires a balance of hands-on performance marketing experience, team leadership, and client management skills. You will play a key role in scaling marketplace operations and mentoring your team to achieve consistent ROI improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

Lead and manage a team of two to five members including associates, senior associates, and interns.

Oversee campaign delivery quality, performance reviews, and development plans for the team.

Provide guidance on troubleshooting, optimization, and strategic campaign planning.

Client and Account Management

Act as the main client contact for assigned brands, managing expectations and performance communication.

Develop marketplace marketing plans in line with client sales targets and promotional calendars.

Present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations during client review sessions.

Manage relationships with key marketplace partners such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Marketplace Strategy and Optimization

Plan and execute integrated on-site and off-site marketing campaigns including mega sales, brand days, and performance ads.

Review and optimize ad performance across multiple platforms to achieve ROI, sales, and visibility objectives.

Identify growth opportunities through cross-channel analysis and data insights.

Ensure best practices in budget pacing, audience targeting, and creative execution.

Collaboration and Project Coordination

Work closely with commercial, content, and analytics teams to ensure campaign strategies align with brand objectives.

Support the E-Commerce Director in quarterly business planning and operational forecasting.

Coordinate with regional marketplace contacts to leverage new features or beta opportunities.

Requirements
Four to six years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing, with at least one to two years in a supervisory or client-facing role.

Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop advertising ecosystems and tools.

Proven track record in campaign planning, budget management, and optimization for sales or ROAS targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience managing teams and collaborating across commercial, creative, and data teams.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in managing client discussions.

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.

Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
