Job Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, facilities)
  • Maintain lighting, doors, locks, and safety equipment
  • Respond efficiently to maintenance requests & emergencies
  • Keep accurate repair and maintenance logs
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, controls, and lighting
  • Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
  • Troubleshoot system issues and replace damaged units
  • Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns
  • Ensure safe and functional electrical systems at all times

Requirements

  • SPM / O-Level / SKM Level 1–3 / Diploma in related field (Building Maintenance / HVAC / Electrical)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance or related role (advantage)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, building systems & power tools
  • Good problem-solving and time management
  • B2 & D license is an added advantage
  • Able to start immediately / short notice
  • Malaysian applicants only
