Oracle Developer (ETL)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of enterprise-level databases using
    MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle
    , ensuring high performance and scalability across global banking and financial environments.
  • Monitor and optimize database and
    ETL processes (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Alteryx workflows)
    to deliver efficiency, reliability, and automation of manual processes.
  • Collaborate with
    cross-functional teams
    (risk, finance, HCM, sales, and retail domains) to support application performance, data integrity, and business insights.
  • Ensure compliance and data governance by designing and implementing secure, auditable data flows.
  • Drive automation of routine tasks and workflows using
    SQL, PL/SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI and Python-based data transformations
    .
  • Design and implement
    data integration solutions
    and build interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) for enterprise reporting and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of IT experience
    with strong expertise in
    data analysis, ETL design, and database development
    in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with
    MS SQL Server, Teradata, Big Query, SAP BO, Oracle and MSBI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
    for ETL and reporting solutions.
  • Proficient in
    SQL, PL/SQL
    , and advanced query tuning for large datasets across finance and banking domains. Python is added advantage.
  • Strong background in
    performance optimization
    , data modeling, and process automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent
    analytical, problem-solving, and client engagement skills
    , demonstrated through successful delivery of projects.
  • Certified
    Tableau Desktop Specialist
    and
    Alteryx Core Designer
    , with proven ability to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Exposure to
    multi-database environments
    (RDS, DocumentDB).
  • Experienced in
    Agile delivery and DevOps collaboration tools
    (JIRA, CI/CD-based workflows for BI/ETL projects).
