Our client is seeking a Senior Audit to join their team

What you'll be doing?

  • Mentor junior staff: Train and coach less experienced team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation: Create detailed working papers and reports that accurately document audit files for review.
  • Plan and execute audits: Take responsibility for the entire audit process, from initial planning to fieldwork execution and final documentation.
  • Ensure compliance: Document the purpose, procedures, and conclusions for all audit procedures performed, maintaining adherence to professional standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership: Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex auditing challenges and inspire your team.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Degree in Accountancy or a Professional Accounting Qualification, demonstrating your commitment to the field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data.
  • Auditing expertise: Sound knowledge of audit standards, ensuring compliance and best practices in all assignments.
  • Personal qualities: Meticulous, resourceful, and independent, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Language skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling clear communication with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds.
