Job Scope
The Quality Project Lead is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve service delivery across CFS division. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement using structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile etc.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Map and analyze current business/branch processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
•Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable insights to address process gaps.
•Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
•Develop project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
•Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of improvement initiatives.
•Collaborate with department heads, team leads, and frontline staff to gather input and ensure alignment.
•Track and report on performance improvements and cost savings.
•Ensure sustainability of improvements through documentation and knowledge transfer.
•Ensure all process changes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
•Knowledge of Design Thinking for CX improvement is an added advantage
Six sigma greenbelts or any other process, CX improvement qualification, knowledge and experience
