Responsibilities:

Sales and Growth Revenue

  • Drive part sales to meet revenue and profit targets.
  • Ensure timely customer payment collections.

Sales Support and Market Insight

  • Support sales team with inquiries and quotations.
  • Conduct market research for product and strategy improvements.
  • Communicate updates from principals and product changes to stakeholders.

Pricing and Marketing

  • Set competitive, profit-driven pricing strategies.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in WM and EM regions.

Customer Solutions and Relationships

  • Provide tailored solutions and quotations.
  • Build and strengthen dealer relationships to drive sales.

Team Development and Monitoring

  • Set team goals, coach performance, and address training needs.
  • Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback through the team.

Inventory Management

  • Oversee inventory levels and part ordering.
  • Reduce excess stock and prevent product aging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Marketing/Business and Management
  • 5 years of related working experience
  • Good technical knowledge/skills (basic computer skills, automotive parts knowledge)
  • People knowledge/skills: (communication and writing skills, Mandarin speaker (PREFERRED), customer relationship skills, managerial skills and able to work with minimum supervision)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
