Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales and trade marketing teams to achieve company sales and growth objectives.

  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key trade partners, including distributors, buyers, and category managers.
  • Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and promotional agreements in alignment with overall commercial strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market coverage and drive channel penetration.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute trade marketing activities that enhance brand visibility and conversion.
  • Oversee in-store activations, merchandising, and display programs to ensure strong market execution.
  • Manage trade and A&P budgets effectively, tracking ROI and optimizing spending efficiency.
  • Partner with supply chain and marketing teams to align demand planning, stock availability, and trade execution timelines.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to guide strategy and tactical decisions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business insights to support management decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve channel productivity, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in FMCG sales or commercial management, with a track record in Modern Trade and General Trade.
  • Solid understanding of trade marketing and channel development.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits.
