About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Admin to join our dynamic team at Raigo Group Holdings Sdn Bhd in Batu Caves, Selangor. As a full-time HR Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the smooth running of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Handling administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping
- Coordinating employee benefits, leaves, and other HR-related inquiries
- Providing support in the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
- Maintaining and updating HR-related databases and documentation
- Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and metrics
- Assist on annual dinner preparation
- Assist on renewal of company license, quit rent, and commercial car road tax insurance
- Assist on purchase office stationery and staff refreshment
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
