Key Responsibilities (HR-Related)
- Monitor and verify staff attendance, punch-in times, lateness, MC, and annual leave.
- Calculate, prepare, and distribute monthly wages.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding.
- Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training for new and existing staff.
- Oversee performance management and staff evaluations.
- Organize company events such as team-building activities and annual dinners.
- Other add hoc admin work
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR sourcing (required).
- Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (required).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
