Key Responsibilities (HR-Related)

  • Monitor and verify staff attendance, punch-in times, lateness, MC, and annual leave.
  • Calculate, prepare, and distribute monthly wages.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding.
  • Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training for new and existing staff.
  • Oversee performance management and staff evaluations.
  • Organize company events such as team-building activities and annual dinners.
  • Other add hoc admin work

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR sourcing (required).
  • Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (required).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
