KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Assist in production planning, scheduling, and coordination across all manufacturing processes.
  • Support daily production review and update plans as needed.
  • Work with Production, Supply Chain, QC, and Product Development to ensure timely delivery.
  • Help prepare reports and provide updates to Management/Program Department.
  • Assist in managing sub-contractors and resolving production or inventory issues.
  • Support ERP updates and monitor material supply flow.
  • Participate in meetings and perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

Education:

  • Currently pursuing an Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or any related field.

Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good teamwork and willingness to learn.

Abilities:

  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Able to handle tasks with integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM600.00 per month
