About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Livestream Host who is also confident in retail sales. This role requires someone who has prior livestream hosting experience on TikTok, Shopee Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms — someone who is natural, engaging, and able to convert viewers into buyers.You will manage both in-store sales and online livestream sessions, promoting our products to walk-in customers as well as online audiences. The ideal candidate enjoys selling, understands e-commerce behaviour, and knows how to keep viewers engaged.Key Responsibilities1. Livestream HostingHost high-energy, professional livestream sessions on social media i.e. Facebook / Instagram or other potential platforms on a daily basisConfidently present products, demonstrate usage, and highlight key benefitsGrow traffic views and maintain strong viewer engagement using hooks, interactive questions, and call-to-actionsConvert viewers into buyers through persuasive selling and product positioningManage livestream setup: lighting, sound, camera angles, product arrangementAnalyse livestream performance, viewer retention, and conversion metricsPropose improvements to scripts, formats, and strategies to boost sales2. Retail SalesAttend to walk-in customers and deliver excellent serviceUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable productsAchieve monthly retail sales targetsPerform cashiering, handle enquiries, and manage simple aftersales tasksMaintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displaysAssist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks3. Content Creation & Social Media SupportFilm short-form content (TikTok/Reels) related to products, tips, trends, etc.Take product photos and short clips for marketing useWork with the marketing team to plan content that complements livestream themesRequirements (Must-Haves)Minimum 6–12 months of livestreaming experience on TikTok, Shopee, IG Live, or other platformsComfort and confidence speaking on cameraStrong selling skills — able to push products naturally and convincinglyGood communication in English, Malay and MandarinAble to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidaysFamiliar with livestream best practices, trends, and e-commerce behaviourPleasant personality, strong energy, and presentable on cameraPreferred Experience (Bonus Points)Previous experience in beauty, perfumes, skincare, fashion, accessories or lifestyle retailTrack record of high-conversion livestream sessionsFamiliar with the procedures and processes of handling livestream salesAbility to improvise, handle negative comments, and maintain positive energy on cameraExperience in creating scripts/outlines for livestream contentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + attractive commissions (Earn > RM5,000/month)Additional incentives and commissions for livestream performanceStaff discounts
