About the role

As a Marketing Assistant Manager at HFC Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's marketing efforts. This full-time position, based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, will involve developing and executing a wide range of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and services.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy
  • Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print
  • Analysing market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts
  • Creating and managing marketing content, such as website updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and making recommendations for improvement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a marketing or product management role, preferably in the Manufacturing/ Semi Conductor Industry
  • Flexible to Travel as per requested
  • Fluent written and Spoken Proficiency is a MUST in 
    Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content
  • Proficient in using 
    Digital Marketing Tools and Analytics Software, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including 
    social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative to drive projects forward
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions and customer needs
