Job Descriptions
- Data entry, bookkeeping and general accounting work
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data
- To assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and regular inventory counts.
- Responsible for general office administration
- To assist the superior in all matters including ad-hoc tasks
Required Skills / Abilities
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Willing to learn
- Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into accounting systems
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Able to work independently.
- Candidate who able to start work in short notice will be an added advantage.
- Work in Puchong
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
