We are looking for a Medical Sales Executive in Penang, Perak and Klang Valley

The Air Station (subsidiary of Easmed) supplies world-class continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) technology, and a one-stop solution for all your Sleep Care and Sleep Apnea needs, from diagnostic to therapy. We provide ground-breaking innovations in sleep therapy at affordable prices to help you breathe easy at night.

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to drive sales in the thriving medical market with our innovative range of products. This role offers unique opportunities to engage directly with medical professionals in operating theatres, enhancing your expertise and the impact of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company sales growth by developing new customer accounts and exploring new market segments.
  • Collaborate with doctors and specialists to conduct sleep diagnostics and facilitate patient trials for sleep therapy.
  • Provide support to both doctors and patients by preparing and sharing diagnostic and treatment reports to monitor patient sleep health and overall well-being.
  • Actively participate in medical talks, conferences, roadshows, and workshops to promote products and services.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain therapy compliance, and safeguard the quality of patients' sleep health.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sleep diagnostics and CPAP treatment for sleep apnea will be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Genuine passion for patient care and well-being.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidates with backgrounds as nurses, customer service professionals, cabin crew, or medical sales representatives (particularly in ENT, respiratory, and cardiology) are encouraged to apply.
