Reception Support:

· Greeting and welcoming visitors, directing them appropriately.

· Answering and directing phone calls.

· Managing the reception area, ensuring it's tidy and presentable.

· Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Administrative Support:

· Assisting with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

· Maintaining office supplies and equipment, such as stationary and equipment ordered.

· Preparing documents and presentations.

· Supporting HR team with administrative duties as needed.

· Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and other services.

· Any other jobs assigned by the superior and the Management from time to time.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional and courteous demeanour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,976.88 per month
